Application:
Product Features:
Using high thermal conductivity graphite as the reinforcing phase and aluminum or aluminum alloy as the matrix, through structural design and interface regulation, while maintaining high thermal conductivity, the material can be significantly lightweighted. The material's thermal conductivity is approximately 300–500 W/(m·K), and its linear expansion coefficient can be controlled within the range of 5–12 ppm/K. It combines weight reduction, thermal conductivity, and dimensional stability, and is suitable for high-performance heat dissipation scenarios where mass sensitivity is a concern.
Product Applications:
It is mainly applied to high-power electronic devices and power systems of new energy vehicles with strict requirements for lightweighting. It can be used as an integrated component for core thermal management and structural support.
