The large-sized polycrystalline diamond material prepared by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) technology has extremely high thermal conductivity and excellent thermal stability.
The thermal conductivity is greater than 1200 W/(m·K), and the linear expansion coefficient is approximately 1 ppm/K.
Product Applications:
Mainly used for heat dissipation of high-power semiconductor devices, microwave and laser systems, infrared and high-power laser windows, as well as advanced electronic and optoelectronic systems with extremely high thermal performance requirements.
